7. NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL

18-24 month timeline is an ESTIMATE, NOT a GUARANTEE.

Our estimated timeline is based on:

- Historical data from clients

- Typical embassy processing times

- Average document review periods

- Normal interview scheduling

Timeline may be LONGER if:

- Your specific embassy is slow

- Additional documentation is requested

- Security clearances take longer

- Government processing delays occur

- Phone support available

- More comprehensive support

- €2,000 extension fee if case exceeds 24 months

- Money-back guarantee of 50% of total amount paid to us (excluding government fee, lawyer consultation fee or any other third pay fee, these fee are not refundable once paid.), if approval delayed beyond 24 months (through fault of eb2niw)

Money-back guarantee ONLY applies to:

- GOLD tier clients

- Cases delayed beyond 24 months

- Delays not caused by client action

- Delays not caused by government agencies

- Does NOT apply to government denials

10. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

By using eb2niw services, YOU acknowledge:

- No one can guarantee what officer will ask or how they will decide

- Denial can happen even with excellent preparation

- Approval depends on officer's assessment of your case

- eb2niw is NOT responsible for interview outcome

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

eb2niw is NOT liable for:

- Government decisions or delays

- Visa denials for any reason

- Interview failures

- Lost documents

- Government agency errors

- Changes in immigration law

- Embassy or consulate decisions

- Any consequence of government actions

- Matters outside eb2niw's control

15. THIRD-PARTY ATTORNEY WORK

Important Clarification:

When eb2niw coordinates with licensed immigration attorneys:

- The attorney provides legal services and legal advice

- The attorney is responsible for legal compliance

- The attorney's work is subject to attorney-client privilege

- eb2niw is NOT the attorney and provides NO legal services

- Legal malpractice claims must be directed to the attorney, not eb2niw
